Model training
ALAMIA is designed to respect client data privacy. By default, customer-specific operational data is isolated within the designated environment and is not utilized to train shared models. No personal data submitted through this website is used for AI model training.
Retention
Contact data is retained for the duration needed to handle your request and up to 3 years after the last contact for commercial follow-up. Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months.
